Pets:
Well behaved dogs are welcome. We charge € 8,- per day without food.
Please understand that your four legged friend is not allowed into the dining-room or the wellness areas. |

Special requests regarding rooms can be considered but cannot be guaranteed. |
Arrival / departure:
The rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
Please vacate the rooms by 10.00 on the day of departure. |

If you cancel your booking, you will forfeit your deposit.

Delayed arrival / premature departure:
In the case of delayed arrival or premature departure the confirmed prices will be charged according to the booking confirmation. |
Travel cancellation insurance:
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance to save you unnecessary costs should you have to make a cancellation due to illness or death etc.
